Providing the used rolex watch is returned within five days with the Second Time Round security strip still in place, and is in exactly the same merchantable condition as it was when supplied, we will gladly refund you, less our postage and packaging/ shipping charges. Unfortunately, once the watch has been worn you automatically wave the right to a full refund and will be liable for a variable restocking fee (depending on the value of the used rolex watch).
