| Second Time Round will accept the return of undamaged merchandise that has not been specially ordered, worn, sized or otherwise used subject to the following limitations: | |

For a full refund (less shipping, handling and up to 10% re-stocking charges) the merchandise must be |
| returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchase, accompanied by proof of purchase. All refunds will be in the original form of payment. | |

Watches are visually inspected upon receipt for signs of wear, prior to the issue of any refunds, exchanges |
| or credits. All watches returned to Second Time Round for a refund or exchange must be unblemished and have the "STR SECURITY STRIP" still attached, otherwise the item will not be accepted for a refund or exchange. | |
